Hereford Grill is giving Sunday brunch a steakhouse twist with a new prix-fixe experience that blends Latin American flavors, Argentine grilling traditions, and the restaurant’s signature wood-fired approach.
Available every Sunday from noon to 5 p.m., the $38 brunch begins with complimentary house appetizers for the table, including assorted arepas served with nata and fresh white cheese, short rib croquettes with romesco sauce, and freshly baked bread with house-made butters.
Guests then move into a three-course menu, selecting one appetizer, one entrée, and one dessert. Appetizer highlights include tuna tartare, tequeños with papelón and passion fruit, crackling pork arepas, roasted sweet plantains with white cheese, and Hereford Grill’s popular short rib croquettes.
The entrée selections bring the restaurant’s steakhouse identity into the brunch space, offering premium grilled meats and signature short rib preparations alongside dishes such as wild salmon, grilled branzino, and beef milanesa. The menu reflects Hereford Grill’s focus on responsibly sourced ingredients, including premium meats prepared over wood fire and charcoal.
