Carrousel of Hearts is a 120-minute staged concert weaving opera and zarzuela arias into a romantic, Belle Époque-inspired storyline set inside a carnival fair. Through music, movement, and theatrical vignettes, the performance follows characters whose lives intersect under the glow of carousel lights where love, memory, and destiny collide.
The production blends classical vocal excellence, and immersive theatrical design, making it accessible to both seasoned opera lovers and new audiences.
Carrousel of Hearts unfolds within a dazzling 1900s carnival‐fair, where music, memory, and fate intertwine in a sweeping storyline. Visitors who step inside are transported into scenes of passion, longing and humor.
This immersive Fine Arts of Miami production blends classical repertoire, zarzuela, and iconic opera arias, each scene turning like a luminous carousel of emotion.
As the carousel turns, characters relive defining emotional moments: a love found; a love lost; a secret kept; a dream rekindled. The concert concludes with a celebration reminding audiences that every heart carries a story worth hearing.

Artists include Paola Elorza, Beatriz Marie Menendez, Roxana Triana, Stephanie Paige Newman, Nelson Martinez, Gabriel La Sallette Menendez, Aurelio Gutierrez, Hamilton Gutierrez as well as the String Quintet of Fine Arts of Miami and the piano of Marcela Martinez.
