Miami Beach Restaurant Introduces Its First-Ever Lunch Menu as Sfoglino Massimo Iannuario Returns to Lead Hands-On Pasta Workshops
Donna Mare Italian Chophouse, a coastal Italian restaurant located adjacent to the historic Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club on Miami Beach, has two new ways for guests to experience its culinary artistry: the debut of lunch service, which began Monday, July 20, and the relaunch of its intimate pasta-making classes, taking place every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
DONNA MARE INTRODUCES DAILY LUNCH SERVICE
Offered daily from noon to 4 p.m., the new lunch menu features a full range of Donna Mare favorites scaled for an earlier meal. Antipasti and insalata selections include Nonna’s Giant Meatball ($16) with whipped ricotta; Burrata Italiana ($17) with roasted tomato and olive tapenade; and Caesar Salad ($15) built on little gem lettuce with focaccia croutons and shaved Parmesan.
The wood-fired oven remains the centerpiece of the lunch menu, turning out pizzas such as the Margherita ($16) and Prosciutto e Rucola ($19), alongside calzones like the Calzone Classico ($18) with ricotta, soppressata and prosciutto cotto. Guests can also order handcrafted pasta including Spicy Rigatoni alla Vodka ($18), Bucatini all’Amatriciana ($18) and Chitarra Limone e Gamberi ($24) with Gulf shrimp and Amalfi lemon. Rounding out the menu is a new panini and panuzzi program, featuring options like the Panuzzo Salsiccia e Friarielli ($18) with Italian sausage, broccoli rabe and smoked provola, and the Prosciutto e Mozzarella Panini ($17), each served with a side of pasta salad.
The lunch beverage program includes a dedicated Spritz Collection, ranging from classics such as the Aperol and Hugo spritzes to more distinctive options like the Limoncello Spritz. Guests can also enjoy a Cocktail D’Italia menu featuring Italian-inspired drinks such as the Donna Mare, made with Malfy Gin, Cocchi Americano Bianco and Mediterranean tonic. Donna Mare also offers zero-proof options and an award-winning wine program that earned Wine Spectator’s 2026 Award of Excellence.
“Lunch has always felt like an obvious next step for Donna Mare,” said Miguel Faget, director of food and beverage at Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club. “This is a spot where people want to linger, and now they have another opportunity to do so—whether it’s a business lunch, a break from the beach or an afternoon with friends. We wanted a menu and pace that fits into the middle of the day, while still delivering the Donna Mare experience guests know from dinner.”

PASTA-MAKING CLASSES RETURN WITH SFOGLINO MASSIMO IANNUARIO
After a highly successful launch in 2025, Donna Mare is bringing back its hands-on pasta-making classes, led by sfoglino (artisan pasta maker) Massimo Iannuario. Born in Cremona, Italy, Iannuario spent his childhood kneading pasta dough, learning the craft alongside his family before honing his skills in professional kitchens, including the Michelin-starred Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia in Milan.
“Growing up in Cremona, pasta was never something you rushed. Every winter, my family gathered around the table to make pasta together,” said Iannuario. “That’s where I first understood that pasta-making is about more than just the food; it’s about the people around you. That’s what I want guests to feel in this class, giving them a chance to slow down, get flour on their hands and share the experience with the people next to them.”
Each evening class centers on a different pasta preparation: Tagliolini Cacio e Pepe on Tuesdays, Tagliatelle alla Bolognese on Wednesdays, and Gnocchi al Pesto on Thursdays. Classes begin at 6 p.m. and run approximately one hour. Each session opens with a welcome glass of Mionetto Prosecco before guests join Iannuario for the hands-on workshop. They then transition into the dining room for a three-course prix-fixe dinner, featuring the same pasta prepared during class and plated by the culinary team. Priced at $100++ per person, each class is limited to just six guests for a personalized experience. Guests take home a signed recipe card, certificate of completion and a Donna Mare apron as a keepsake. An optional wine pairing, curated to complement the evening’s featured dish, is available for an additional $45 per person. Complimentary valet parking is provided for all participants.
Guests can view the full pasta-making class schedule and reserve a spot via Eventbrite. Lunch and dinner reservations can be made through OpenTable. For more information, visit donnamare.com, call 305.673.6273, or follow along on Instagram @donnamaremiami.
