On Thursday, June 25 in Coral Gables, Skinny Louie will host a one-day takeover by PNY (Paris New York), one of France’s most celebrated burger brands. The event is part of a transatlantic collaboration that will also see Skinny Louie travel to Paris in September for a takeover at PNY.

Founded in Paris in 2012, PNY has built a devoted following across France for its premium burgers and design-forward restaurants. As part of a U.S. tour celebrating the American burger culture that inspired the brand, PNY is heading to New York for one day only.
Guests visiting Skinny Louie’s Coral Gables location on June 25 will be able to order The PNY Burger: a quarter-pound beef patty made from PNY’s signature blend, topped with aged cheddar, smoked bacon, heirloom tomato, and the brand’s signature dijonnaise on a brioche bun, for one day only, alongside Skinny Louie’s regular menu. A second collaboration event will take place at Skinny Louie’s West Village location in New York on June 28.
