The Town of Davie’s Housing and Community Affairs Division, in partnership with Saddlebridge at Downtown Davie, is offering 57 housing units as part of the Workforce Housing Program to advance affordable housing opportunities.

Through this initiative, qualifying residents can lease brand new apartment homes at reduced rental rates based on household income and rent limits established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Leasing will be conducted through White Oak Development.
These workforce housing units will be available to help local employees and working professionals live closer to where they work — reducing commute times, improving quality of life, and creating stronger connections within the community they serve. Please note that units are limited.

The application process is on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to qualification requirements including income verification and household eligibility guidelines.
