I am proud to introduce My Property Vault, a new feature within the Clerk of the Court and Comptroller of Miami-Dade County’s mobile application designed to help property owners stay informed about activity related to their homesteaded properties and real estate investments.

My Property Vault provides users with a convenient and secure way to monitor property related Official Records without having to conduct repeated manual searches. Once registered in the Clerk’s mobile app, users can save one or more Miami-Dade County property addresses utilizing its specific folio number to their personal vault. When a new document is officially recorded for any saved property, the user will automatically receive a push notification through the app.
To ensure notifications are helpful and non-intrusive, alerts are delivered during morning hours rather than overnight. This allows property owners to stay informed while avoiding unnecessary disruptions. Through My Property Vault, users can quickly access recorded documents associated with their saved properties, including deeds, mortgages, and other
recorded instruments available through the Official Records system. Users may also edit or remove saved properties at any time, and their property vault remains connected to their account across future app sessions.

My Property Vault is available exclusively for properties located within Miami-Dade County. The feature does not include properties outside the county, documents that are not part of the Official Records system, or pending and private transactions.
