Organizers say the event is designed to celebrate both the nation’s historic milestone and Coconut Grove’s longstanding tradition of bringing residents and visitors together through community events. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets and enjoy the festivities along Biscayne Bay.

The evening will conclude with a fireworks display over the waterfront beginning at approximately 9 p.m.

Attendees are encouraged to take advantage of alternative transportation options, including The Underline, Circuit transportation services and complimentary bike valet. Located within walking distance of Coconut Grove’s restaurants, shops, hotels and marinas, Peacock Park offers one of Miami’s most scenic settings for Independence Day festivities.

A limited number of VIP tickets will be available for those seeking an enhanced event experience, while general admission remains free. “Red, White & Grove: 250 United” takes place July 4, from 5 to 9 p.m. at Peacock Park, 2820 McFarlane Road in Coconut Grove.
