Santo Dulce! Churros and Ice Cream is marking the FIFA World Cup with Churros Mundiales, a limited-time sampler platter of stuffed churros, served at The Doral Yard in Miami-Dade and at Smorgasburg South Florida in Fort Lauderdale from June 11 through July 19.

Guests can build a tasting flight two ways: El Pasaporte, three flavors with vanilla ice cream, or La Copa, with all six. Every churro is made fresh to order. This passport in pastry form includes:
● Spain: a ridged churro with thick Spanish drinking chocolate.
● Argentina: dulce de leche finished with flaky sea salt.
● Brazil: housemade brigadeiro fudge rolled in chocolate sprinkles.
● Colombia: goat cheese cream and tangy guava.
● Asia: ube churro with ube-coconut cream and coconut flakes.
● Middle East: pistachio cream with chocolate hazelnut spread, a toasted kataifi nest, and pistachio dust.
Yule Nuñez, who is Venezuelan, and her Colombian cofounder, Laura Luque, started Santo Dulce! from an Airstream trailer in Miami in 2018.
“Nobody was doing churros the way we wanted to eat them, so we did it ourselves, and we never stop reinventing what a churro can be,” said Nuñez. Santo Dulce is known for its Churro Halos, ChurroCones, Santo Sundaes, and Churro Tacos.
The party doesn’t wait for the World Cup. On June 6 for National Churro Day and again on June 13, Santo Dulce! teams up with Salt & Straw for Santo! & Straw: Dulce Destiny, a Wynwood pop-up during Wynwood Pride. The brands’ churros and ice cream meet across eight playful pairings, a tarot reader reveals your dessert destino, a DJ keeps the energy high, and every color of the rainbow lands on the menu.
FIFA fans can also find Santo Dulce! at every Miami match at Hard Rock Stadium.
