The City of Doral marked an important new chapter in public safety today as newly appointed Doral Police Chief Matthew Castillo and members of his command staff were formally sworn in during a ceremony held at the Doral Government Center.

Chief Castillo steps into the role following the departure of former Doral Police Chief Edwin Lopez, who recently left the City of Doral to become the new Chief of Police for the City of Miami Police Department.
