“BBQ is all about big flavor and bringing people together, which is exactly what Kitchen 57 is built for,” said chef/owner Michael Altman. “For National BBQ Day, we wanted to have some fun with the classics — smoky sausage, pulled pork, grilled chicken, cornbread — and add our own creative twist with house-made sauces and craveable sides.”
The celebration starts with Crispy Stacked Baby Back Ribs, tossed in a sweet and tangy Guava BBQ Sauce for a sticky, shareable bite that sets the tone for the meal. For the main event, guests can build their BBQ plate with one protein and one side, choosing from Smoked Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage, Pulled Pork in Chipotle BBQ Sauce, or Grilled BBQ Half Chicken.
Sides keep the comfort going with BBQ Brisket Mac and Cheese, a smoky, cheesy favorite loaded with barbecue flavor; Cowboy Caviar, a bright and hearty mix that brings freshness to the plate; and classic Cornbread, perfect for soaking up every last bit of sauce.
