The partnership aligns one of the nation’s premier Catholic educational institutions with one of the world’s most iconic athletic brands – united by a shared commitment to excellence, innovation, culture, and performance. Built on the legacy of the Three Stripes, Adidas continues to strategically align with nationally respected academic and athletic programs that embody leadership, authenticity, and impact beyond competition.

For Christopher Columbus High School, the partnership represents more than a significant investment into its institution; it reflects the continued momentum of an institution nationally recognized for excellence in academics, faith, athletics, and leadership formation. As Columbus advances its inaugural partnership campaign, “Tradition in Motion,” the collaboration with Adidas reinforces the school’s commitment to maintaining its identity as an institution rooted in tradition, while underscoring its dedication to innovation, growth, and the Marist mission — Adelante!

As part of the Patrick Mahomes Gladiator Program, Columbus student-athletes will receive premier Adidas support, elevated performance apparel and footwear, and exclusive opportunities associated with one of the most influential names in sports. The collaboration further positions Columbus on a national platform while strengthening the school’s ability to invest in the holistic formation of young men through academics, athletics, faith, and leadership development.

“Christopher Columbus High School has always believed that excellence is earned through discipline, brotherhood, and an unwavering commitment to forming young men of faith and purpose,” said Thomas Kruczek, president of Christopher Columbus High School. “To align with Adidas and the Patrick Mahomes Gladiator Program is a tremendous affirmation of the culture that defines our institution.

“This partnership reflects the national reputation Columbus has built through decades of excellence in the classroom, in competition, and throughout our community. As we continue moving Adelante through our ‘Tradition in Motion’ campaign, this partnership symbolizes where Columbus is headed and the standard we will continue to uphold.”

Nicholas Ramos, ’04, vice president of advancement, emphasized the broader institutional significance of the agreement.

“This partnership is a powerful institutional investment in the future of Christopher Columbus High School,” Ramos said. “It further elevates the Columbus brand nationally while creating meaningful opportunities for our students, coaches, and programs. Adidas recognized that Columbus represents far more than athletics; It represents a Brotherhood, a tradition of excellence, and a mission-driven institution committed to developing transformational leaders. Partnerships like this strengthen our ability to continue advancing the Marist mission of Making Jesus Christ Known and Loved by All for generations to come.”
