From nostalgic favorites to modern Miami Beach staples, the experience paid homage to the city\u2019s vibrant hospitality scene and the businesses that helped shape Miami Beach throughout the decades.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Following cocktail hour, guests were officially welcomed into the ballroom with a celebratory ribbon-cutting ceremony featuring a Jackie Gleason character tribute \u2014 a nod to Miami Beach\u2019s legendary entertainment history. The evening\u2019s energy continued with spectacular entertainment including stilt walkers, aerialists, live performers, and a show-stopping laser light production that transformed the ballroom into a dazzling gala experience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The Chamber was deeply honored to receive proclamations and recognition from Florida Lt. Governor Jay Collins, Miami-Dade County, and the City of Miami Beach, commemorating the organization\u2019s continued impact and service to the community.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The evening also served a greater purpose, benefiting the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation, which supports Miami Beach feeder pattern public schools and educational initiatives throughout the community. Thanks to the generosity of attendees, sponsors, and donors, the event raised meaningful contributions that will help create lasting opportunities for local students and future leaders.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cThis gala was more than a celebration \u2014 it was a reflection of the incredible community, leadership, and partnerships that continue to shape Miami Beach,\u201d said Brittnie Bassant, President &amp; CEO of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce. \u201cSeeing generations of members, leaders, and supporters come together for such a meaningful evening was truly special, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped make this milestone event unforgettable.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>A highlight of the evening was the recognition of outstanding honorees whose dedication and leadership continue to shape Miami Beach and beyond. Honorees included V&amp;E Hospitality, Dr. Martin Karp, Louise Aguirre, David Martin, and the recipients of the prestigious \u201cMember of the Decade\u201d recognition \u2014 the past living Chairs of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Member of the Decade honorees included Barton S. Goldberg, Ira Giller, Stuart Blumberg, Anthony Noboa, Lucia Dougherty, Eric Jacobs, Gerald K. Schwartz, Michael Milberg, Alan G. Randolph, Sanford Horwitz, Aaron Perry, Jason Loeb, Alan Lips, Michael S. Goldberg, Wayne Pathman, Robin Jacobs, Aaron Tandy, and Richard Segal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cThe 100th Annual Gala was a true testament to the strength, resilience, and spirit of our Chamber community,\u201d said Alfredo J.
