Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts and Solid Waste Services Updates
The Town of Davie governmental offices will be closed on Thursday, June 18, 2026, in observance of the Juneteenth Holiday. Municipal offices will resume normal hours of operation on Monday, June 22, 2026.
Park Information:

The Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department’s Administration and Special Events offices will be closed.

The Pine Island Multipurpose Center will be open from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Town parks, playgrounds and restrooms will be open from 9 a.m. to sunset, with the exception of:

Driftwood, Shenandoah, Waterford and Waverly Park will close at 9 p.m.

Pine Island Park/Bamford Sports Complex will close at 10 p.m.

The Pine Island Fitness and Aquatic Center will be open from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Betty Booth Roberts Pool will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Solid Waste Service Update:
Garbage and bulk trash pick-up services will operate on the normal schedule.
